1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk57", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pk57 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://pk57.pro.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk57 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on pk57 through which services are accessed.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, casino, sports wagering, and related services made available through the pk57 platform.
• "Funds" refers to any PKR or equivalent currency balance held within a player's pk57 account wallet, including both real-money and bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds" refers specifically to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other incentive granted by pk57 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of CNIC, passport, and supporting documentation as required by pk57.
• "Platform" refers to the pk57 website, any associated mobile applications, and all digital interfaces through which pk57 Services are delivered.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk57 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any Service offered by pk57, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, you must not use the pk57 platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

pk57 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a modification materially affects your rights or obligations, pk57 will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

Use of the pk57 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pk57 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request CNIC or passport documentation to verify age during the KYC process.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously had an account on pk57 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk57, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
6. You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement when registering or placing bets.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one account on pk57. The registration of multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pk57 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our KYC obligations, pk57 requires players to submit the following documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• A clear copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport issued by the Government of Pakistan.
• Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required — for example, a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk57 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility unless you have notified pk57 of a suspected compromise without undue delay.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pk57 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk57 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pk57's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk57 wallet in real time or within the processing window of the selected payment provider. pk57 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. pk57 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, with JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically completing within 2–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• pk57 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts that are not in your own name.
• pk57 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited in error are not refundable unless pk57 determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical error on the platform's side was responsible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk57 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all pk57 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified on the promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period.
• pk57 does not permit wagering on certain low-margin games (such as specific table game variants) to count towards bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are disclosed on the promotion page.
• pk57 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or where the promotion has been triggered by a technical error.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the relevant promotion terms will be forfeited.

pk57 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to placing low-risk or offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, sharing promotions between accounts, or systematically exploiting welcome offers through multiple registrations, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the pk57 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant win games, and speciality titles — are supplied by certified third-party gaming studios. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness.

The rules governing each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of the agreement between you and pk57 when you choose to play that game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering.

• The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by pk57, the game studio, or the player after the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server and applied to your account upon reconnection. pk57 accepts no liability for losses arising from network interruptions outside of its control.
• Where a game is made available in error — including cases where a game has been incorrectly configured with non-standard paytables or RTP figures — pk57 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by pk57 at any time.

8 Sports Betting Rules

pk57 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test formats), football, and other sports as made available from time to time. All sports betting is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the betting interface.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled except where pk57's in-play cash-out feature is available and selected by the player.
• pk57 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on specific markets, events, or by specific accounts where betting patterns suggest misuse.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the stated timeframe for the relevant sport, markets will be settled according to pk57's sport-specific settlement rules, which are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• pk57 uses official data providers for match results and settlement. In the event of an error in settlement, pk57 reserves the right to correct the settlement outcome and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether winnings have already been withdrawn.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day and are displayed within the sportsbook. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be accepted at a reduced stake equivalent to the maximum payout limit.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk57 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix game or match outcomes, share cards or game information in live games, or otherwise manipulate results.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the platform to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Using the pk57 platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk57 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the pk57 platform's infrastructure, security systems, or data.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk57 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Players who wish to self-exclude from pk57 may do so for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, pk57 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account on the platform. Self-exclusion is not reversible before the selected period expires.

• Responsible gaming tools are available free of charge and can be activated at any time without affecting your account standing.
• Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to contact pk57's support team via live chat for confidential assistance and referral to professional support resources.
• pk57 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming limits on any account where internal monitoring indicates signs of problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk57 platform — including but not limited to the pk57 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk57 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk57 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk57 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk57 content.
• Use pk57 branding or trademarks in any context that implies an endorsement or commercial relationship not authorised by pk57.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the pk57 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pk57's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk57 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary wagering activity on the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk57 platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account where pk57 has taken reasonable security precautions and the access was facilitated by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data provider error.

Where pk57 is found liable under any applicable law notwithstanding the above, its total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk57 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk57 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk57 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the pk57 platform. The amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the pk57 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact pk57 support to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://pk57.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pk57 services, you are required to follow the internal dispute resolution process before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to pk57 via live chat or by email to [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or game round reference, and your desired resolution. pk57 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial response does not resolve your complaint, you may escalate the matter to pk57's compliance team, who will conduct a formal review and provide a written decision within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If pk57's formal review does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction pk57's gaming licence is issued.

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pk57 will not consider disputes raised after this period except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk57's international gaming licence is issued.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk57 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or platform security.
